CETL certification is a rigorous process based on CoSN's Framework of Essential Skills.
To sit for the CETL certification exam you must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree plus four years of education technology experience.
CoSN hosts webinars, CTO clinics, state chapter events, and an annual conference for members and non-members.
The CoSN Withrow CTO Award is given to a District CTO who best represents the model set forward by Frank Withrow, a pioneer and champion of the uses of technology in K-12 education. It serves as our "Outstanding CTO of the Year" award.
