Over the past two decades, CoSN has grown and transformed itself into the premier professional association for school system technology leaders. Our history is a rich one, demonstrating how one group can have a profound influence by providing the resources essential for advancing 21st century learning. Our accomplishments include:
working to create and sustain the E-rate;
providing innovative , vendor neutral leadership initiatives and resources for school system technology leaders;
establishing global connections to learn about best ICT practices around the world;
building a strong advocacy network (ETAN) to maintain a strong and effective voice in policy formation and implementation at the federal level;
Creating opportunities for our members to network at our meetings or via social media.
Establishing state chapters that extend our national voice.
Our updated strategic plan will guide us over the next three years and proactively address the changing trends in education technology and allow us to grow as an organization.
