Ray Eernisse is currently the Chief Information Officer of the Francis Howell School District.  He brings over 20 years of technology experience, 12 of those years in K-12.  Ray is responsible for the technology direction for both administrative and instructional technology resources for the District. His responsibilities include the investigation of emerging technologies, strategic planning, and the communication and implementation of technology programs with a focus on the integration of 21st Century skills and engaging instructional strategies to the learning environment. Ray’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Computing Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.  He is currently the vice-chair on the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBOI) Information Systems Committee,  Chair of the Chief Technology Officer Council for the Consortium of School Networking (CoSN) and Past Chair of the CoSN state chapter, Missouri Educational Technology Leaders (METL).
