Cancellation:
You may cancel your full registration or any special event associated with your registration at any time. Prior to December 19, 2011, registrants will receive a 100% refund of their canceled registration. Please note that, after December 19, 2011, a cancellation will not result in a return of funds. If you register and fail to attend an event, no funds will be returned. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at (202) 861-2676 xt.120.
Group Discount:
Register a group of three or more registrants from the same institution and receive a $50 discount on each registration. No exceptions will be made for groups fewer than three. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at (202) 861-2676 xt.120.
Check Payments:
If paying by check make it payable to CoSN (Federal ID# 52-1774773) and write your name and registration number (1748911) in the memo field on your check. Payment MUST be received within 14 days of submitting your registration. If payment has not been received within 14 days of your registration being processed, you will be asked to provide documentation/proof that payment has been sent or provide advanced credit card payment in order to attend. NO EXCEPTIONS.
