Online reservations booking is now open for the conference room block. The accommodations deadline for the conference room block is February 13, 2013. Be sure to reserve your room before that date to be housed at the conference hotel. Book your room by December 17, 2012 to enter a drawing to win a (2) two complimentary night’s stay during the conference. The winner will be announced during the opening reception at the conference on Tuesday, March 11, 2012.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of $100. The departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
