How to Submit a Proposal
1) CoSN members: click Start Proposal and log-in using your CoSN Member ID/Username and Password. If you have forgotten your password click Forgotten your Password and follow the prompts.
Once you have logged in you will be automatically re-directed to the Presenter Information page where you can begin your application. Proceed to number 3 below.
2) Not a CoSN member? click Start Proposal and then Click Register or Create My Account, do not enter any information, click Search Database. On the next page, enter your first or last name or city, click Search, click your name. If no record displays, click Create New Account. Enter your complete contact information then click Next. Congratulations! You have created an account and logged in. Click Events in the top menu bar, click Annual Conference in the left menu and then click Start your Proposal and proceed to number 3 below.
3) At the bottom of the Presenter Information page click the box next to I have read the Presenter Information.
3) Select Primary Presenter, view the contact information and enter the Primary Presenter's biography.
4) To add a co-presenter, check co-presenter and enter contact information and biography. You may add up to 4 co-presenters.
5) Click Next - My Presentation Details.
6) Enter your presentation information. Make at least one selection from each category and choose as many as apply to your presentation.
7) Click - Next Preview Application at the bottom of the page.
8) You will not be able to make changes after you submit your proposal. If you need to make a change, click Back and return to the previous page.
9) After you review your application click Submit at the bottom of the page.
10) You have successfully submitted your proposal when you reach the Confirmation Page. Congratulations! Click Print Confirmation at the top of the page and file your printed confirmation in a safe place.
