Instructions for Submitting Your Proposal

To submit a presentation, complete each of the five sections of the process. You must complete each of the sections; however, you do not have to complete your entire submission at one time.

CREATING A NEW PRESENTATION

1. Go to the Start a Proposal page.
2. Primary presenter enters Username and Password.
3. Click on the Contribute button on the left navigation bar.
4. Click Add New located on the top of the page.
5. Complete the Getting Started section and click Save Section.
6. Once the section has been saved successfully, click on the next section.
7. Repeat until you have completed the five sections.
8. For assistance with a question, hover over  next to each field.
9. To Add Co-Presenter(s).
  • Click Add New under the Co-Presenters header.
  • Search for a Contact in the new window that appears.
  • Search for co-presenter by Name or Company.
  • Click on the SELECT number associated with the co-presenter to automatically add the additional speaker.
  • If co-presenter is NOT in the list, click Add New Contact and enter information. Click Add New Contact on the bottom of the window to add co-presenter.
  • Once you complete adding all co-presenters, click the Save Section button. If you click the Save button, click on the pencil to return to the application. 
10. Once all the sections are complete, click the Submit button.
11. You will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your presentation proposal.

TO EDIT YOUR PRESENTATION ONCE SUBMITTED

1. Go to the Start a Proposal page. 
2. Primary presenter enters Username and Password.
3. Click on the Contribute tab located on the left navigation bar.
4. Click the Pencil (Edit) on the Presentation Proposal you want to edit. 
5. Click to the section you want to edit (Getting Started, Add Co-Presenter, etc.) and click Save Section.
6. Your presentation will be automatically updated in the system.
7. To receive a copy of the updated presentation, click on the Envelope (e-mail) on the top.
