Greening IT - Enabling a Low Carbon Society

A nice article looking at some school green initiatives, tips for going green and reference to CoSN’s new Green Computing Leadership Initiative. 'Green technology' is fast becoming part of a school tech leader's lexicon. It's being incorporated into everything from saving paper to building new high schools. Schools around the country are tapping new technology to be more environmentally friendly, sometimes saving money in the long run, and showing students how to take a leadership role in “green” initiatives.
