Part of a special report, "
Schools and the Stimulus: A Midterm Report on an Unprecedented Federal Commitment," a review of the EETT and other ARRA funding that is being used for technology projects via Title 1 formula and competitive grant. There's no surprise that much of this funding has not yet flowed to districts.
