CoSN’s Framework of Essential Skills of the K–12 CTO (version 2.0)
CoSN  developed a Framework to define the essential skills that Chief Technology Officers defining the professional development needs of these executive-level technology leaders. It also lays the groundwork for a nationally recognized program for certification, which will help ensure that these executive-level technology leaders possess the skills and competencies necessary to provide school district technology leadership in the 21st century.
