Closing the Gap Webinar: Resources Supporting Effective Use of Data

Through a Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation Grant, the American Association of School Administrators, the
Consortium for School Networking, and Gartner, Inc., are collaborating
in a project titled Closing the Gap: Turning SIS/LMS Data into Action (Closing the Gap) in support of leveraging student data to strengthen classroom instruction.
This session will provide lessons learned from SIS/LMS selection and
implementation templates, case studies with six K-12 school districts
and professional development resources. Insights into K-12 districts’
plans for the use of data effectively identified in the Closing the Gap online community of practice will also be shared.
