Framework of Essential Skills of the K-12 CTO

CoSN has developed the Framework of Essential Skills of the K-12 CTO, which defines the skills and knowledge needed by school, school district or ESA technology leaders. The Knowledge Center offers products in the 10 skill areas of the Framework to aid in the professional development of current and aspiring CTOs. In addition all questions and items on the Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) certification exam will relate to one of the skill areas listed in the Framework.
