Welcome to the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) Knowledge Center. This center provides information and resources for K-12 technology leaders dedicated to using technology strategically to improve teaching and learning in their school districts.

Framework of Essential Skills – For resources tied to the 10 functional areas of CoSN's Framework of Essential Skills of the K-12 CTO, which defines the skills and competencies needed by school district technology leaders.
