Obama FY2010 cut of EETT Threatens America’s Competitiveness

CoSN, along with other education technology organizations expressed "great disappointment" over President Obama's proposed $100 mil. funding (a 63% cut from the current year funding) of the EETT/Title IID program, saying it threatens America's competitiveness.
