In this public notice, as part of the Commission’s development of a national broadband plan, we seek comment on various issues related to broadband access in education. We also seek comment on modifications to the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (the E-rate program) to improve broadband
deployment to meet the instructional and informational needs of schools and libraries.
