CoSN submitted  written comments to the U.S. Department of Education’s Investing in Innovation Fund regarding the definition of "highly effective school leaders" to include school district leaders. The proposed change will ensure that innovation scales and sustains across local education.

Supporting this submission are: The Association of California School Administrators, the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, the International Society for Technology in Education, and the Texas Association of School Administrators.
