The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) today released its Framework of Essential Skills of the K-12 CTO (V. 2.0). The Framework, which was released during a Webcast for CoSN members, consists of four groupings of essential skill areas –Leadership & Vision, Understanding Educational Environment, Managing Technology & Support Resources and Core Values & Skills.
