Bringing Together K-12 Leaders Nationwide for Teaming for Transformation II

Earlier this week, CoSN's Teaming for Transformation II (T4T) brought more than 140 K-12 leaders together at Katy ISD to continue the discussion about how to improve student-centered learning. T4T is working to shape the ideal digital transtion for districts. What steps have to be taken before, during, and after the fact for a digital conversion to be successful? How do we use new technology to truly re-shape learning?

After last year's successful T4T project, T4T II launched this August and will run through March, including in-person and virtual professional development activities for all participating districts. Our event this week included:

  • In-person site visits to schools across Katy ISD;
  • Virtual site visit to Huntsville City Schools (AL), led by Superintendent Dr. Casey Wardynski; and
  • Panel discussions, networking sessions and team-oriented exercises.

Participants will collaborate in an exclusive online community of practice before they next meet in-person at CoSN14. We can't wait to see what the T4T cadre accomplishes next.
