  • Pre-conference Workshop (with additional fee of $150): MEASURES FOR SUCCESS- Ensuring 1:1 effectiveness begins with the end in mind.
    The key is to design a plan that integrates student, teacher, and campus success indicators under one digital teaching and learning umbrella.

A parent of two teenagers, Will Richardson has spent the last dozen years developing an international reputation as a leading thinker and writer about the intersection of social online learning networks and education. He was one of a handful of original education bloggers and his work has appeared in numerous journals, newspapers, and magazines such as Ed Leadership, District Administration, Education Week, The New York Times and English Journal. He is an outspoken advocate for change in schools and classrooms in the context of the diverse new learning opportunities that the Web and other technologies now offer, and has worked with educators in over 20 countries to understand the opportunities and challenges of learning in the modern world.

Keith Krueger is the CEO of CoSN (Consortium for School Networking), a nonprofit organization that serves as the voice for K-12 school system technology leaders nationwide. CoSN’s mission is to empower educational leaders to leverage technology to realize engaging learning environments. In 2008, Keith was selected by eSchool News as one of ten people who have had a profound impact on educational technology over the last decade.

For those attending BOTH the TX CTO Clinic (COSN) and the ISTE Annual Conference, please make two separate hotel reservation at the respective websites for the Marriott San Antonio RIVERWALK (note: there are two Marriotts with similar names, be sure to choose the correct one). Then, complete this form by May 26, 2017. CoSN will submit information to the hotel, thereby guaranteeing that you do not need to change rooms and your two separate reservations will exist seamlessly.
