Over the past several years, CoSN has been engaged in efforts to expand communication and cooperation between governmental and non-governmental organizations in the U.S. and Europe whose mission pertains to the deployment and effective use of education technology/ICT in primary and secondary schools. Delegations from Europe have attended the past three CoSN Conferences and a number of other meetings to discuss concrete ways to expand our linkages have occurred.

As the first step in this initiative, CoSN organized a Senior U.S. Delegation visit to Europe in October 2002. The next step will come this Fall, when CoSN will be organizing a similar trip to Australia.
