How to Renew?
To renew by credit card, you will need to -
- Log in to your account
- Select your organization's profile when prompted
- Click on the bell icon, then select Outstanding Balances (Note: Do not select Renew Org Membership)
- Select the box with the invoice number
- Select Pay
- Submit your credit card information, then select Checkout
To renew by check or ACH, you will need to:
- Log in to your account with the profile icon in the upper right hand of the page
- Select your organization's profile when prompted
- Click on the bell icon, then select Outstanding Balances (Note: Do not select Renew Org Membership)
- Select View next to the invoice number and you will be able to print the invoice to submit along with payment.
- When submitting payment, include the Invoice number.

I can't see the organization's profile. How can I proceed?
In order to see the invoice, you must be listed as a primary or billing contact. If you need to update your organization’s roster, email membership@cosn.org for assistance.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders can be submitted to membership@cosn.org.
Where can I obtain a copy of CoSN's W-9
To request any financial documents (Tax Exempt, W-9, or EIN), please email finance@cosn.org.
