It centers on five core quality indicators—Safety, Evidence, Inclusivity, Usability, and Interoperability—and leverages third-party validations from the EdTech Index to streamline product vetting. The guide outlines a comprehensive, data-driven six-step framework to analyze district needs, pilot interventions, plan rollouts, and evaluate return on investment. It features practical templates and evaluation rubrics designed to optimize resource allocation, reduce risk, and improve student outcomes.
