CoSN has announced the winners of its annual education technology awards. They were honored during the organization’s Annual Conference, which occurred virtually May 19-21. The 2020 winners are leading edtech experts, innovators, and schools districts from across the country who are working to enhance the teaching and learning process for all students with technology.
 
CoSN’s 2020 award winners are:
 
  • District Team Leadership Award: Wilson County Schools (TN)
  • Community Leadership for Digital Equity Award: Santa Fe Public Schools (NM)
  • Hurley Private Sector Champion Award: Lillian Kellogg, Senior Vice President of Client Services, ENA and CatchOn (TN)
  • Frank Withrow Outstanding CTO of the Year Award: Rajesh “Raj” Adusumilli, Assistant Superintendent, Arlington Public Schools (VA)
  • CoSN & AASA EmpowerED Digital Superintendent of the Year Award: Dr. Aaron Spence, Superintendent, Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VA)
  • Partnerships That Matter Award: Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International (VA)
  • Excellence in Public Service Award: The Honorable Sen. Tom Udall (D-NM) and The Honorable Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO)
