Louis McDonald is a retired CTO/CIO (VA) who joined CoSN in 2024 to lead the Environmental Sustainability work. He is a results-oriented leader with over 40 years of experience in information systems, strategic planning, software development, and project management. Louis possesses superb leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities that drive bottom-line improvements.
