Video is an essential element of remote learning and accounts for up to 85% of the network traffic. However, data limitations and throttling of access on a hotspot, LTE device, or discounted internet offerings negatively impact video. Hotspots and LTE devices can be the right solution for some students; but there are multiple viable alternatives that, when combined, can be a solution to reach all students and provide equivalent or better in-home internet access for remote learners.
