CoSN Selects 19 School Districts to Join “Teaming for Transformation”

Washington, DC (July 9, 2012) – The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) today announced the 19 K-12 school districts selected to join its Teaming for Transformation: Leading Digital Conversion for Student Learning. Beginning now through CoSN’s 18th Annual Conference in March 2013, this network of districts will collaborate to improve student-centered learning in classrooms nationwide.

ENA Partnering with CoSN on K-12 Technology Leadership Program

K-12 Education Leaders Hail Introduction of the Transforming Education Through Technology Act

Washington, DC (February 5, 2013) – The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), in coalition with national education leadership organizations, today hailed the introduction of the Transforming Education Through Technology Act. The legislation was introduced by U.S. Representative George Miller (CA), Ranking Democrat on the U.S. House Education & the Workforce Committee.

CoSN Announces ‘Friends of Advocacy Campaign’

Washington, DC (February 22, 2013) – The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) today announced a “Friends of Advocacy Campaign” to strengthen the association’s voice and impact advocating for 21st century learning enabled with technology. The campaign has a short, compelling video (2:30) and welcomes any donation amount at a contributions site, which will run until Sunday, March 31, 2013.

CoSN’s 2013 Annual Conference Delivers ‘Audacious Leadership’

Washington, DC (March 15, 2013) – The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) this week held its 18th Annual Conference in San Diego, CA, themed “Audacious Leadership.” Attended by nearly 700 K-12 leaders worldwide, the Conference featured interactive sessions and thought-leadership activities focused on inspiring visionary leadership in 21st century learning environments.
