Responsibilities: Elected Board members are expected to actively participate in three (3) annual Board meetings. One in-person meeting is typically held in March/April in conjunction with the CoSN Annual Conference, with travel support provided for this meeting.
Candidate Criteria: Applicants must hold an active CoSN membership. The Nominations Committee values candidates with diverse expertise and backgrounds, and considers a range of factors when evaluating candidates.
Nomination Process: Candidates must complete the online application form. All applicants will be notified of their application status in October. Candidates selected for the slate will be invited to participate in a brief video interview with the Nominations Committee Chair or the CoSN Board Chair. These interviews will be shared with CoSN members as part of the election process.
There are currenly one (1) Corporate and four (4) Institutional seats available. If elected, these are for 3 years starting at CoSN2026 in April 2026.
All applications must be submitted no later than Friday, October 3, 2025.
