Louis McDonald is a retired CTO/CIO (VA) joined CoSN in 2024 to lead the Environmental Sustainability work. Louis is a results-oriented leader with over 40 years experience in information systems, strategic planning, software development, and project management. He has superb leadership skills, knowledge and problem-solving ability to drive bottom-line improvements. Innovative visionary and excellent communicator whose planning provides direction and desired results.
