Each year, the CoSN Driving Innovation in K-12 reports identify what hinders and accelerates innovation in America’s K-12 school districts. These reports strive to support district technology leaders in their critical role of guiding informed decisions about how to best support the transformation of student learning experiences to prepare them for an increasingly digital world. COVID-19 closures and 2020-21 reopening strategies have defined what the report calls “the state of the world in which we must drive K-12 innovation.” This EdTechNext report, prepared by CoSN’s Emerging Technologies Committee, is an exploration of four low-cost, high-impact technology approaches toward achieving equity for all of America’s students.
