We’re excited to introduce the CoSN DEI Clearinghouse of Resources, a new platform dedicated to enriching K-12 education with technology resources that deepen the understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion while promoting belonging for all in the education technology field. These resources are designed to assist school district leaders in creating educational environments where leadership bridges gaps and fosters representation through equitable recruitment and retention practices.

To serve as a critical guide for K-12 district leaders aiming to promote leading diversity, equity, and inclusion practices that foster belonging while building an IT pipeline with representation of people from historically underrepresented groups.
