We’re excited to introduce the CoSN DEI Clearinghouse of Resources, a new platform dedicated to enriching K-12 education with technology resources that deepen the understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion while promoting belonging for all in the education technology field. These resources are designed to assist school district leaders in creating educational environments where leadership bridges gaps and fosters representation through equitable recruitment and retention practices.

What We Offer:
– A curated selection of technology resources that highlight the diverse journeys of students and educators in the IT field.
– Inspirational success stories from the industry to demonstrate the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in technology.
– Resources grounded in leading best practices that support and drive the recruitment and retention of historically underrepresented groups.

Our Mission:
To serve as a critical guide for K-12 district leaders aiming to promote leading diversity, equity, and inclusion practices that foster belonging while building an IT pipeline with representation of people from historically underrepresented groups.

Your Role:
As educational leaders, use your power to implement and share these resources and help to shape inclusive learning experiences and employee environments.

Supported By:
This project has been made possible in part by a grant from Chan Zuckerberg Initiative DAF, an advised fund of Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Let’s work together to make diversity a cornerstone of K-12 technology leadership worldwide.
